Self defense is the use of physical force to counter an immediate threat of violence. Using a variety of techniques, self defense gives a person of any age, size or gender the confidence and skill to fend off an attack. We use the most up-to-date tools and techniques to help you achieve a safe and proactive state of mind. We are also certified to teach police and security personnel.
